Job Purpose:

Develop and administer communication plans and processes to positively and accurately represent company's / service line’s operations, merits, products, services, and image to targeted audiences in line with business objective, stakeholder requirements and Global guidelines & policies.

Coordinate and support the accurate harmonized description and maintenance of HRS operational processes, instructions, procedures and or applications. As well as making sure to keep processes aligned with Global guidelines and standards.

Support VP in preparing meetings and activities, coordinating the meetings and presentations, creating, and facilitating communication strategies, meetings, offsites, townhalls and other activities within the regional teams, tailoring the Global communication strategy to the Americas.


Your Tasks:

COMMUNICATION

  • Create and implement comprehensive communication plans for internal and external audiences in a precise and effective manner, including, but not limited to, writing, editing, obtaining approvals, and partnering with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure communications positively and accurately, represent the company's service line’s operations, merits, products, services, and image to targeted audiences. All in line with business objectives, stakeholder requirements and Group guidelines & policies
  • Collaborate with internal and global teams to solidify comprehensive, strategic and appealing communication plans for internal and external audiences / stakeholders.
  • Support the internal marketing of HRS and its value add on a regional, as well as on a country level.
  • Manage and publish content using Content Management Systems and other appropriate channels such as Email, Newsletters, and Social Walls, ensuring high-quality editing and
  • writing standards, and creating appealing graphics and visuals to enhance articles and
  • communications.
  • Present material in writing, through graphic presentations, and other communications media.
  • Develop and formulate content for regular channels, such as newsletters, e-mail bulletins, townhalls, etc…, as required.
  • Consolidate and implement plans for modifications, improvements and new communication processes, systems, standards and policies, etc...
  • • Prepare, support, and follow up on business review and performance review meetings.
  • Support management with design of stakeholder presentations.
  • • Provide X country support for surveys, such as customer satisfaction - and employee opinion surveys, by preparing reports and planning documents, managing invitations, result preparation and communication.
  • Ensure the use of standardized formats and templates across the region and accurate depiction of content (e.g. process and project documents, service performance review presentations etc.)
GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT
  • Develop formats suitable for all regions such as: Interesting career stories, voice of the customer stories, AI/digitalization success stories, learning nuggets for townhalls etc.
  • Watch out across regional communications for best practice sharing objectives.
  • Develop ideas, videos and content for dedicated townhall topics, season’s activities on smart connect, communication on and about offsites.
  • Support on HR Related communications, e.g. HRS Academy promotion, promotion of new trainings, awards, develop engagement campaigns, update Onboarding journey on smart connect, support DEIB comms etc…
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure key messages are communicated both internally and externally to all stakeholders.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Participate in management and project implementation teams, when requested.
  • Communicate on the project goals, scope, deliverables and milestones to key stakeholders, adjusting the communication style and channel to the respective audience.
  • Coordinate the development of trainings, as necessary.


Your Profile

  • Degree Holder or equivalent by experience, preferable degree in the following fields: Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR
  • Minimum 3–5 years comms planning experience with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge and understanding of all channel disciplines, including Media, PR, Social, Experiential, Multicultural, etc.
  • Basic Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation
  • Proficient with media planning tools and Content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office products (ideally O365)
  • Highly accomplished in presentation and layout design
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive
  • Experience working for large brands and on experiential programs is preferred.
  • DHL Group Business Knowledge is preferred.

  • Open to travel, if necessary
  • English & Spanish fluent, additional Portuguese preferred
