The starting wage for this role is $16.85-$18.95.

About the role: 

Responsible for assisting the project manager and project coordinator. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: project meeting arrangement and providing minute taking, creating basic project documents and registers, producing reports, disseminating project information, data entry, and organizing and maintain project files and databases.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Project Manager and Project Coordinator throughout the lifecycle of the project. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Attending project meetings, recording meeting minutes, upkeep of internal budget tracking, disseminating meeting and project documentation to project stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Participates in reviewing and recording project progress, issues, and outcomes to assist in the assessment of project quality and alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinates project meeting arrangements.
  • Help prepare presentations and documentation for internal use.
  • Compiles information, prepares required reports, and ensures timely delivery of reports to appropriate audience complying with the project’s communication plan.
  • Participates in post implementation project reviews, records lessons learned and assists with closing out project files and disseminating them to the product/service owner.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience Zero to three years of similar or related experience. Experience with PMI methodologies preferred.
  • Education/Certifications/Licenses: A high school degree or equivalent. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or PMI certification.

Interpersonal Skills: 

  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and editing skills; proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products and project management software.
