In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing Program & Project Management team. The PM team's standard is to manage each project like we own it'. We are unique in that we provide in-house cost management and project scheduling along with program and project management, in a fully integrated package. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to be based on-site with a high-profile e-commerce global organization. In this client facing role, the Senior Project Coordinator provides comprehensive support to executive leadership and program teams by managing strategic initiatives, operational workflows, financial reporting, stakeholder communications, and administrative logistics. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive leadership support, including managing communications, coordinating meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve document control systems, SOPs, and meeting documentation across operational teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement through meeting planning, agenda preparation, and accurate minute-taking (e.g., PIM, Corp SLT, Account Leadership).
  • Support financial operations by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on revenue, cost variances, and budget tracking.
  • Manage calendar bookings, room scheduling logistics, and access control across operational spaces.
  • Develop presentation materials and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records related to contracts, schedules, change orders, and project close-out documentation.
  • Conduct operational reviews to improve communication flows and meeting structures.
  • Monitor and assess team alignment through performance metrics and one-on-one check-ins.
  • Facilitate inventory management and procurement of supplies and team resources.
  • Drive process improvement efforts by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
  • Support operational planning efforts, including gathering historical data and documenting future needs..
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Proven ability to manage financial data, operational reporting, and executive support functions with precision.
  • Experience with contract schedule, owner invoices and the change order process.
  • Ability to provide update and status reports for work in progress including cost and schedules.
  • Experience with set-up and document control.
  • Knowledge of payment applications and lien releases.
  • Understand how your role contributes to the organization’s goals.

  • Consistently communicates and collaborates with team members and clients.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field

Experience: 2+ years working in related field

The salary range for this full-time role is $78,200.00-$104,266.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
