Position Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage the pricing team and integrate critical financial functions across the enterprise. This highly visible role will partner with the CFO to develop proposal pricing strategy, price-to-win analysis, corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and financial modeling to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring financial strategies are aligned with near-term corporate objectives and long-term growth targets.

Proposal Pricing & Price to Win Strategy
Manage the pricing team and work with the CFO to develop a strategy for new business and re-compete opportunities in compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements.
Oversee pricing volumes, cost narratives, and ensure cost competitiveness and compliance.
Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis, working cross-functionally with BD, Capture, and Operations.
Provide insights into competitive positioning and margin trade-offs for proposals.

Corporate FP&A
Partner with CFO to develop the Annual Business Plan using the Unanet platform, update the enterprise-wide forecasts (minimum quarterly) and support long-range, multi-year forecasts.
Oversee monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, key performance indicators and produce executive dashboards.
Deliver forward-looking insights into business performance, revenue trends, and margin performance.
Support the modernization activities within the CFO organization

M&A Strategy & Financial Due Diligence
Partner with the CFO on acquisition evaluations.
Develop and manage financial models for target valuation, synergy estimation, and scenario analysis.
Support deal structuring, financial risk analysis, and post-deal integration planning.
Strategic Planning & Special Projects
Support strategic initiatives including indirect rate strategy, contract profitability, and margin enhancement.
Participate in enterprise-wide planning sessions, providing financial insight and scenario modeling.
Drive ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases for investment decisions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-wide planning, financial modeling, forecasting and proposal pricing in a GovCon environment.
Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, cost accounting standards, and government contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
Experience with Price-to-Win methodology and proposal pricing tools.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and Power BI
Extensive experience with Unanet GovCon ERP
Experience with leveraging the Unanet platform to support business transformation and integrate industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and present to executive leadership.
