Legacy is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Ridgefield Clinic, located in Ridgefield, WA. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, and behavioral health clinicians and pharmacy.

 

Ridgefield, WA is a vibrant community located in SW Washington, just North of Portland, Oregon.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
  • Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise.
  • Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.

Qualification and Licensure Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year Medical School or equivalent and completed Internal or Family Medicine residency.
  • Board certified or board eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • Unrestricted Washington Medical license.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Follows guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
