Responsibilities

As the Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining digital solutions that power our operations, customer engagement platforms, and internal business systems. You will oversee initiatives in web and mobile development, process automation, DevSecOps, operational support, vendor management, project delivery, and application architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide digital goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor software engineers and promote innovation.
  • Define and execute technology roadmaps with stakeholders.
  • Align development with digital transformation strategies.
  • Manage projects within time and budget constraints.
  • Use Scrum and agile practices to manage dependencies.
  • Deliver high-quality web and mobile apps.
  • Implement AI/Automation solutions.
  • Ensure system stability and manage incidents proactively.
  • Advocate for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Integrate DevSecOps principles and maintain development standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with .NET application development and JavaScript frameworks like React
  • Experience with Rest Based APIs, Azure cloud services, and DBMS platforms like SQL Server
  • Strong project management skills for leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
