Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and always represent our company in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative position would be a motivated, customer-focused individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to adapt and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that align with their goals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal team, to support sales initiatives and improve the overall customer experience
- Participate in customer requests for quotes and proposals, including gathering and communicating requirements and specifications, and participating in pricing, and presenting
- Participate in order management including receiving orders, monitoring order fulfillment and invoicing
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines
Job Qualifications
Preferred Education/Certifications:
Experience:
- Proven history of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Initiative-taking with a purposeful mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability for overnight travel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paces stressful environment
- Ability to work with and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

- Knowledge of services and products
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, for extended periods and lift to fifty pounds.
