PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide client service support and cultivate strong relationships with Business clients. Manage a portfolio of specially designated client relationships that require personalization and high-touch interaction. Possess knowledge of the bank's business and personal deposit products, as well as electronic banking and Cash Management services. Participate in sales calls and offer client support as needed. This role is guided by the Bank’s CARE Model, emphasizing Consistency, Attentive, Respect, and Exceptional service in every client and team interaction.

Starting At: $60,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Varying; 37.5-hour work week 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a primary contact and/or Relationship Manager for new and existing business/municipal clients with more sophisticated banking needs that require the utilization of Cash Management Services.
  • Work with clients to ensure the proper completion and execution of all Cash Management services requiring an agreement, including ACH Origination, Business Online Banking and Bill Pay, Intrafi, Lockbox, Mobile Deposit, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Wire Transfers.
  • Develop comprehensive client banking relationships with new and existing business clients to review and expand their banking relationship using all relevant bank products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional, customized client service to Business clients.
  • May accompany business development or other various calling officers in efforts to develop or strengthen Cash Management and/or deposit relationships.
  • Assist clients with transitioning accounts to Manasquan Bank as well as providing training and support for all Cash Management products and services.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate via phone, email and in person.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years’ banking experience in a client-facing position. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Cash Management services requiring an agreement, including ACH Origination, Business Online Banking and Bill Pay, Intrafi, Lockbox, Mobile Deposit, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Wire Transfers.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills and business development.
  • Illustrated ability to engage in comprehensive discussions with clients about product specifics and available options.
  • Professional, thorough, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients in accordance with the CARE Model Service Standards.
  • Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable educating others on technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability to manage some stress such as noise level from customers, employees, and general office equipment, etc.  Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers: to use computer, telephone, fax, copier, and general office equipment.  Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering simple to complex information from both customers and co-workers.  Sitting for extended periods (up to 8 hours) of time, standing and walking up to 15% of work time.  Ability to bend and lift coin boxes, up to approximately 25lbs.  Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel within branch network.
