PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide client service support and cultivate strong relationships with Business clients. Manage a portfolio of specially designated client relationships that require personalization and high-touch interaction. Possess knowledge of the bank's business and personal deposit products, as well as electronic banking and Cash Management services. Participate in sales calls and offer client support as needed. This role is guided by the Bank’s CARE Model, emphasizing Consistency, Attentive, Respect, and Exceptional service in every client and team interaction.
Starting At: $60,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Varying; 37.5-hour work week

Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability to manage some stress such as noise level from customers, employees, and general office equipment, etc. Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers: to use computer, telephone, fax, copier, and general office equipment. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering simple to complex information from both customers and co-workers. Sitting for extended periods (up to 8 hours) of time, standing and walking up to 15% of work time. Ability to bend and lift coin boxes, up to approximately 25lbs. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel within branch network.
