Supports the customer facing organization (Key Account/Field Sales/TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
· Preparing promotional presentations, business reviews
· Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
· Supporting the customer planning and implementation process
· Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads
· Analyzing Sales Index
· Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
· Preparing Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
3. Requirements:
· Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
· Good English skills (both speaking and writing)
· Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
· Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, Powerpoint; experience with CRM tools preferred
· Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
· Good administrative skills, results driven and detail oriented
· Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
