Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Chemical Engineering, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management or operations management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and GDP standards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Advance level of English

Responsibilties:

• Ensure the implementation and auditing of the quality management system and standard operating procedures in the warehouses for which you are responsible.
• Report any non-conformities that arise during operational activities to the Quality Assurance Unit.
• Guide the team to ensure the timely achievement of annual quality targets (monitoring of DÖF, document reviews, internal audits).
• Conduct daily checks of assigned tasks through the ETQ system to ensure timely completion.
• Meet the conditions outlined in customer contracts and work towards increasing customer satisfaction.
• Lead change management and ensure the tracking of these processes.
• Ensure the continuity of Quality and Food Safety systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.
