The main purpose of this role is to maximize the sales activities from an existing customer base, whilst at the same time generating revenue from potential new customers.
What this job entails :
Customer calls, maintenance and problem solving
Meeting monthly sales targets
Being the point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders
Responding to customer queries on a timely manner
Creating good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Any other tasks delegated by Head of Commercial
Candidates must possess the following skills and qualities: -
Technology savy and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent attendance record.
Team Player and customer oriented.
Relevant degree.
At least 1-2 years sales experience.
Quick learner.
