Ocean Freight Import Team Leader - Military veterans preferred

We are seeking for our vacancy job as below detail;

Position: Ocean Freight Import Team Leader

Location:      at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

• Handle daily operation include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all time, and Billing Process.
• Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.
• Prompt action and response to customer and DGF network to support daily operation and problem solving.
• Be responsible for training of staff and handling all customers’ complaints.
• To be able to negotiate claims with customers.
• Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.
• To prepare reports on the performance of Ocean Freight Import department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins.

Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5-8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business.
• Strong in OFR Import from Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
• Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint ).
• Good communicate both of spoken and written English.
• Strong Leadership skills.
