Expression of Interest

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from Configuration Managers with Land or Maritime experience to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions. We are currently planning to engage in new projects that will require additional talent to help.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

The Configuration Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the configuration management framework that governs all technical assets and documentation. This role ensures traceability, integrity, and compliance of configuration items throughout the system lifecycle.

Under the direction of a designated Team leader, our team performs the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:

  • Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage configuration baselines and ensure accurate status accounting of system components.
  • Administer configuration management tools and databases.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to implement approved changes and maintain documentation integrity.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of configuration items in line with project schedules.
  • Support Configuration Control Boards and change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring to Make an Impact

  • Experienced in ARAS PLM Tool
  • Proficiency in other configuration management tools and documentation systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.
