The Print and Mail Services department at Alfred State College is seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong customer service and time management skills to fill the role of a Temp Office Assistant 1.
This job will also require the employee to pick up and deliver mail and packages weighing up to 50 pounds to over 20 mail stops in all types of weather and road conditions including heat, rain, sleet, and snow. This job also requires the employee to learn to setup and operate various pieces of bindery and finishing equipment. (booklet maker, tabber, creaser, folder, binder, shrink wrapper, etc.).
