Job Title: Program Analyst

Department: Operations – Services

Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week

FLSA Status: Hourly, Nonexempt

Clearance: Public Trust


Position Summary

The Program Analyst will provide critical administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This position manages high-visibility and sensitive activities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for executive meetings and travel, preparing and tracking high-level correspondence, and providing direction to support staff. The Program Analyst ensures accurate and effective communication and documentation and supports organizational objectives by maintaining awareness of policy requirements and project timelines. The performance of the Program Analyst position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solve administrative challenges with professionalism and discretion.
  • Respond to time-sensitive actions and manage sensitive or confidential activities.
  • Keep the CTO, Chief of Staff, and Directors informed of developments and priorities.
  • Manage and coordinate high-visibility meetings, senior official attendance, and distinguished visitor interactions.
  • Prepare and track complex correspondence such as Congressional, GAO, and executive branch documents.
  • Coordinate executive meeting logistics, including travel accommodation and itineraries.
  • Anticipate support needs for conferences and meetings; research and gather required documentation and data.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to support staff.
  • Review reports and written materials for accuracy and clarity.
  • Create, apply, and maintain tools for tracking program performance including cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Develop both routine and ad hoc analytical reports.
  • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
  • Provide Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the RavenTek Program Manager by the deadline provided.
  • Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
  • Complete required compliance training as assigned.
  • Ability To Travel on an as needed basis up to 10%.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Critical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of administrative support practices and executive coordination.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive communications and materials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present data in narrative and visual formats.
  • Proficient in research, data gathering, and preparation of documentation.
  • Experience with tools that track program or task performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to anticipate team needs and take initiative in high-pressure environments.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) implementation is preferred.

Work Environment

Employee will be working indoors in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.

Physical Demands

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; see to read printed materials and computer screens; mobility to work in a typical office setting. Ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and may be required to provide recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee must be able to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically up to 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
