We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Care-At-Home Product Manager. This role is hybrid and will report to our Tampa office. The Care-At-Home Product Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational and financial success of our Care-At-Home (CAH) Product. This individual will oversee key initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery, client satisfaction and business performance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and client-facing engagements and managing key projects that contribute to the growth of the CAH Product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the VP of CAH Product in managing product evolution and growth strategies, identifying opportunities for enhancements and improved efficiencies, managing product performance, and executing product and strategic initiatives
- Analytical data preparation: gather, analyze, and prepare actionable insights to support the key stakeholders in understanding market trends, client behavior, and sales.
- Data interpretation: collaborate with Product Owner and key stakeholders to prepare and present key metrics, trends, and recommendations internally and externally.
- Continuous improvement: regularly update presentation templates and content to align with brand guidelines and the latest product developments.
- Reporting: develop and distribute regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and Care-At-Home product performance to key stakeholders.
- Product Tools: work closely with Product Owner to create tools and resources that empower key stakeholders to drive growth meet financial and other core objectives.
- Campaign data support: Partner with the marketing department to provide analytical data and insights to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Performance metrics: evaluate the report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization based on data trends.
- Cross functional alignment: act as a bridge between Product, Implementations, Operations, GTM, and Marketing to ensure consistency and accuracy and data used across campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational background: bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, health care management, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (i.e. PMP) are plus.
- Experience: minimum five years of experience in product management, project management, healthcare operations, or related field. Experience in durable medical equipment or home health preferred.
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Analytical skills: strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication skills: exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Organizational skills: excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaboration: proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all deliverables.

- Experience in client-facing roles with an emphasis on presentations or negotiation
