Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI Architect to join our team! In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, ethical, and enterprise-grade AI solutions across a variety of domains including natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals and ensure responsible innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise AI roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation strategies.
  • Architect end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with existing platforms and data ecosystems.
  • Apply AI techniques across domains such as NLP, computer vision, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable solutions.
  • Implement responsible AI practices including bias detection, model monitoring, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and enforce best practices across teams.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or software architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying AI systems in production environments.
  • Deep experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI, and copilots.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially Azure) and containerization.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Agentforce.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
