About the Role:

CrowdStrike’s Falcon Complete DevOps team is seeking an entry-level Atlassian Systems Engineer for our Falcon Complete Labs team to support our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows across commercial and govcloud environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while assisting with infrastructure optimization, process automation, and system reliability enhancement under the guidance of senior team members.


What You'll Do:
  • Assist in managing and configuring Atlassian tools

  • Learn to develop basic automation scripts using Adaptavist ScriptRunner and Groovy

  • Support existing CI/CD pipelines

  • Help maintain PostgreSQL databases

  • Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  • Assist with Linux-based Atlassian services maintenance

  • Create and maintain technical documentation


  • What You'll Need:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Professional experience (Including internships) with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Programming languages (Python, Go, Groovy, or Java)

  • Linux systems

  • Version control (Git)

  • Agile methodologies

  • Basic scripting concepts

  • Database fundamentals

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

  • Cloud platforms (AWS)


  • Bonus Points:
  • CI/CD concepts

  • DevOps principles

  • Professional experience or Academic projects involving system administration or automation

  • Experience working in collaborative technical environments

  • Experience with Containerization & Orchestration (K8s)
