The Role

We’re a 300-person company with deep roots and bold ambitions. After transforming our trusted legacy platform into a modern SaaS solution, we’re now building greenfield features that leverage AI, analytics, and advanced reporting to redefine value for our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS platform, Velosidy.

We are seeking a product leader who’s ready to drive it forward. You’ll lead the charge on building innovative features powered by AI, advanced analytics, and dynamic reporting. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker and execution-focused collaborator who thrives in customer-centric environments. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and commercial teams to bring bold ideas to life and deliver real value to our users.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for greenfield capabilities in AI, analytics, and reporting—from concept through delivery and iteration
  • Conduct deep customer discovery through interviews, user research, and data analysis to surface insights and validate needs
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize and build high-impact features that drive measurable outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful launches and customer adoption
  • Advocate for high-impact initiatives internally by clearly articulating business cases, customer benefits, and competitive differentiation
  • Sell your product vision to cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to drive buy-in and momentum
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to refine and iterate on features post-launch
  • Act as a voice of the customer and subject matter expert, championing user value in every decision

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated experience launching greenfield features, ideally with AI, ML, or data/analytics
  • Strong ability to translate customer pain points into elegant, scalable solutions
  • Track record of advocating for features that delivered measurable results in customer satisfaction, adoption, or revenue growth
  • Experience in customer research, discovery interviews, and market analysis.
  • Prior experience modernizing a legacy platform or participating in a product transformation or managing a new to market SaaS platform

What's In It For You

You will be a part of a pivotal product evolution in an agile business that is profitable. This role will allow you to lead innovative customer-facing initiatives in a dynamic, product-led culture. You will enjoy high visibility, meaningful ownership, and the ability to shape product strategy from the ground up. There will be the opportunity to solve complex problems, build customer-first solutions, and influencing teams to deliver features that move the needle.

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation ultimately depends on the candidate’s primary work location, job responsibilities, role requirements, relevant experience and skillset.
