Job Overview

This position reports to the Shanghai R&D Department Lead and will be located in Shanghai.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct In-Circuit Testing in accordance with procedures, including component stress, thermal, loop, EMI and efficiency testing etc.
  • Prepare test reports in compliance with the specified format.
  • Undertake lab maintenance tasks such as 5S implementation, equipment setup and calibration, sample management, etc.
  • Fulfill EHS responsibilities, provide support for company activities, and complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in analog circuits or switch-mode power supply products (new graduates with relevant majors are also acceptable).
  • Proficiency in soldering, with working experience in both through-hole and SMT components.
  • Basic understanding of circuit theory.
  • Learning agility, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

 

Desired Characteristics

  • Familiarity with various AC-DC and DC-DC topologies (such as half-bridge, full-bridge, flyback, buck/boost, forward, etc.) and their operating principles, with a solid understanding of switch-mode power supplies.
  • Proficiency in English.
