Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repairs of the facility, including its systems and equipment.
Implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
Ensuring the facility complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to facilities management such as safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing emergency response procedures.
Managing facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
Assisting with budget preparation and management, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
Coordinating with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical or any equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Facilities Management / Building Maintenance / BMS.
Good knowledge in building systems such as Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing
Must be willing to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang
