Facility Executive - Military veterans preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repairs of the facility, including its 
  systems and equipment.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections, 
  and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Ensuring the facility complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety 
  standards related to facilities management such as safety protocols, conducting 
  risk assessments, and overseeing emergency response procedures.
• Managing facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and 
  relocations.
• Assisting with budget preparation and management, tracking expenses, and 
  preparing reports.
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other 
  services.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical or any equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Facilities Management / Building
  Maintenance / BMS.
• Good knowledge in building systems such as Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing
• Must be willing to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang
