Pay Rate: £34,248.94 + 10% shift allowance

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off – 6am-6pm + 6pm-6am on a 2 weekly rotation
Location: Bradford, BD5 8LZ

We're now looking for a Transport Controller to oversee and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring efficient logistics management, optimising routes, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• Managing driver paperwork and driver debriefing
• Managing the trailer pool for the site
• Managing the defect process for vehicles requiring maintenance
• Driver performance management
• Managing driver hours and schedules
• Investigating incidents and complaints

• Must have previous management experience
• Must have previous experience within a transport environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
