Responsibilities

 

  • Support the deployment of strategic IT products.
  • Consolidate local IT applications in line with the global strategy.
  • Build strong working relationships with Country Management, Regional, and Global Product Management teams.
  • Manage and support local applications and solutions throughout their lifecycle.
  • Deploy and implement regional TMS products and ensure their support.
  • Monitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development.
  • Support business development teams for RFQ/RFPs and new business initiatives.
  • Document application implementation processes and translate business requirements into application configuration.
  • Conduct unit, systems, and integration testing and provide training to Super Users.
  • Maintain effective communication and coaching within the application implementation team.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within the IT domain.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management – TMS.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience of database querying, reporting, and BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).

Qualification:

  • University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience, preferably in the Forwarding/Logistics sector.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent product management skills.
