The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an Audio Visual (A/V) Project Manager at Marshall Space and Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.  This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience supporting the AEGIS contract with NASA Audio-Visual Collaboration Solutions. This position will be scheduling, monitoring, and managing Collaboration Room installations. This position will involve professional clear communication along with strong organizational skills in a fast paced and highly visible environment.  

Responsibilities:


•    Scheduling and managing AEGIS Collaboration Room Installations
•    Maintain and report an accurate schedule for each room installation in progress. 
•    Coordinating and facilitating milestone meetings with customers, team members and vendors.
•    Initiate and monitor procurement functions for supported projects.
•    Track projects from initiation to invoicing (vendor/customer)
•    Maintain open verbal and written communication with end-customers of each room installation throughout the life of the project.
•    Track each component of a room installation through cross-organizational teams and vendors.

Basic Qualifications:


•   BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
•   1 or more years of relevant experience; 4+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree 
•    Experience with AEGIS audio-visual services and hardware components
•    Procurement experience
•    Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel experience
•    Experience with Schedule Management 
•    Vendor Management knowledge

Required Skills:


•    Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills with audio visual conference equipment.
•    Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Excellent time management 
•    Ability to guide others in a team environment and mitigate/or resolve challenges impacting the completion of an installation project.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
•    Ability to create and maintain process documentation. 
•    Ability to work independently effectively.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
