RSi is looking to fill an Aviation Quality Assurance Manager position to support our UH 60 Helicopter Maintenance Program customer at the Army Ranger School in Fort Benning, GA.  This position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Work to ensure 100% quality assurance in all aspects of the management and conduct of the contract
• Ensures quality control programs are performed and documented in accordance with (IAW) AR 95-20
• Knowledgeable of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Requirements
• Knowledgeable of SAE-AS 9100 Quality Management Systems-Aerospace Requirements
• Knowledgeable of other DoD approved quality system single process initiative (SPI)
• Other duties as assigned

This position is subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as a pre-employment physical.

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications: 

• At least two (2) years of aviation related Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience, of which at least one (1) year shall be commensurate with the position assigned. 
• Quality Assurance Manager shall be knowledgeable of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Requirements, SAE-AS 9100 Quality Management Systems-Aerospace Requirements or other DoD approved quality system single process initiative (SPI).

• Demonstrates professionalism and patience when addressing challenges.
• Delivers high-quality service in all customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make rational decisions, and exercise good judgment.

Work Environment:  Office, aircraft hangar, workshops, and other industrial settings.

Physical Environment (outside, inside, heights, stairs etc.) /Requirements (lifting, heights, bending etc.):   Sit or stand for long periods of time.

Other: Up to 15% travel.
