Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:00PM, OT may be needed

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As a Strategic Programs Coordinator you will perform various functions in support of P&L Strategic Programs and department leadership. Coordinates InvolveU meetings, activities and events; perform various coordinator functions for Strategic Programs; and assists with other leadership support functions as needed and directed by the designated department head. Coordinates and maintains metrics for P&L Strategic Programs and recognition programs. Serves as the primary point of operational support for department leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Program Administration: Performs a variety of functions to ensure the successful execution of P&L Strategic Programs, including but not limited to tracking and reporting metrics, coordinating P&L recognition awards nominations and maintaining the award inventory. Captures photos and videos of InvolveU events and programs, edits them and publishes them to P&L teams.
  • Content Management: Maintains P&L SharePoint sites including but not limited to external sites, internal sites, and Strategic Programs. Coordinates, organizes and publishes InvolveU Newsletters. Acquires, edits and publishes InvolveU:The Why videos. Creates content and updates P&L Strategic Programs communication boards.
  • Event Coordination: Creates and maintains the schedule for P&L Strategic Programs activities. Coordinates Ask a Leader sessions, P&L leadership retreats, Supervisor Workshops, and other P&L events ensuring adequate space, materials and technology. Prepares meeting agendas. Coordinates catering for all department sponsored events. Captures photos of events and shares with leadership staff.
  • Training Support: Maintains the P&L Leap2Excellence training calendar, schedules training, hosts online meetings and develops InspireU curriculum for recording sessions. Assists BLC in creating content for the training.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years related administrative support experience

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Four (4) years related administrative support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated Ability: Standard Office Equipment Operations
  • Detail Oriented: Detail oriented and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer Service: Proven customer service skills
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpret Information: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical reports, and documentation
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Audio/Visual Skills: Basic video and audio recording and editing experience
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging written and visual content for newsletters, videos, and communication boards

Salary: $18.51-$24.68/hour

*The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications including prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $18.51/hourly (entry-level qualifications) to $24.68/hourly (experienced in this role).

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

*This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met.
