**Contingent Upon Contract Award**

OVERVIEW

An AtHoc Administrator is responsible for creating, configuring, and managing organization settings that operators use to communicate with recipients and other organizations specifically the VA. Also manage and maintain the AtHoc emergency notification system within an organization and work with stakeholders on clinical workflows. This system is crucial for delivering timely alerts and communications during emergency situations, ensuring Veteran care.

The AtHoc Administrator will:

  • Administrator will add, edit, delete, import, and export users; enable and disable user accounts; and managing user attributes.

  • Grant and revoke operator permissions and manage different user roles within the AtHoc system.

  • Create, update, and maintain distribution lists for targeted message delivery.

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and functionality of the AtHoc system.

  • Providing system security and testing, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Following all VA security guidelines as required.

  • Provide continuous training and guidance to users (e.g., Alert Publishers, Area SMEs) on how to effectively use the AtHoc system and troubleshoot technical issues within the application.

  • Upload and ensure the availability of approved scripts for message publishing.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for technical issues related to the AtHoc system, including system access and information quality.

  • Liaise with Program Managers, organizational leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support of the AtHoc program.

  • Generate and analyze alert notification reports to assess the effectiveness of emergency communications.

  • Use ITIL operational methodology and the ability to use ServiceNow for Incident and Problem resolution.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Individuals working for SBG Technology Solutions, Inc, a DSS, Inc. will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address technical challenges and unexpected situations.

  • Technical proficiency, including experience with software systems, potentially including database management systems.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing system configurations and user data.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
