Position Description: We invite applications for a postdoctoral fellow position in the Mathis laboratory in the Department of Immunology at Harvard Medical School. The research focus of this position is the role of T regulatory cells in neurological contexts such as Alzheimer's Disease and migraine. We welcome applications from recent PhD graduates interested in this field. The successful candidate will work to develop an independent research project within the scope of the lab's research focus. In addition to carrying out research, the successful candidate will be expected to apply for fellowship funding, contribute to the writing of grants and manuscripts, participate in teaching and mentoring of lab members as needed, and otherwise contribute to overall lab operations and collaborative environment.
Basic Qualifications: PhD and/or MD with research experience in a field related to basic immunology or neuroimmunology.
Additional Qualifications: Hands-on expertise in neuroimmunology research and demonstrated ability to multi-task and to drive collaborations with other labs.
