An integral part of the team, the Program Officer will support the management of administration, compliance, internal and external report preparation, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), stakeholder communication, research, and logistics management for travel and/or events. There will be regular communication with the IREX program and operational teams at HQ and in the country office. The PO will work with multiple teams within IREX and need to balance sometimes competing demands. Beyond their program portfolio, the post-holder may sometimes be asked to support cross-Practice technical work in education system strengthening and support new business and strategic partnership development.
