About the Role:
The IT Department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We're seeking an exceptional Principal, Business Operations lead to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our IT organization. This leadership position will be instrumental in shaping how we scale our operations, optimize processes, and deliver world-class IT services to support CrowdStrike's mission.
What You’ll Do:
Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks across our global IT organization
Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence
Design and manage comprehensive OKR frameworks aligning team goals with company objectives
Establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms, including status reports, business reviews, and planning sessions
Drive data-driven decision making through KPI development, tracking, and analysis
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Manage resource allocation and budget optimization across the IT organization
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of progressive experience in technology operations
Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
Strong background in OKR methodology and implementation
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing operating rhythms
Excellence in performance measurement and metrics tracking
Experience managing budgets and resources in a large-scale IT organization
Experience scaling operations in hyper-growth SaaS companies
Management consulting background at top-tier firms
Advanced expertise in automation and workflow optimization
Experience with modern collaboration tools and Work-board
Track record of implementing successful operating rhythms in high-growth environments
