Grow together - Your Role as a Scrum Master:

• Facilitate collaboration between the Product Owner and the DevOps team to transform business and technical requirements into solution architecture.
• Empower the DevOps team to understand and implement our strategic vision, ensuring that the product roadmap is intrinsic from inception.
• Facilitate hands-on technical collaboration, fostering the development of microservice frameworks and contemporary architectures.
• Drive the daily delivery with Scrum excellence e.g. guiding cloud infrastructure sizing to optimize solution costs.
• Champion continuous improvement, scouting for innovative solutions & methodologies.
• Be the esteemed source for Scrum adoption, effectively communicating with both senior business stakeholders and developers.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with all levels of the business and technical teams.
• Proven leadership or coaching experience in dynamically changing environments and multi-cultural teams.
• Practical experience with stakeholder management, customer care and presentation skills.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT.

Nice to have:

• Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team building, and interpersonal communication, ensuring a harmonious and productive team dynamic.
• Change Management: Proficiency in change management, helping teams adapt and embrace changes in processes and tools. Champion for promoting and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Process Improvement: A keen eye for continuous process improvement, capable of identifying and implementing agile best practices. Expertise in assessing and enhancing Agile maturity levels within a team.
• Agile Coaching: Experience in coaching teams and organizations in Agile concepts, practices, and behaviors. Adept at helping teams maximize productivity and delivering value to clients.

Hello! I'm Ana. I joined DHL in 2021, starting in the Service Desk team, where I quickly advanced to a Team Leader position and remained for almost a year and a half. In 2024, I embraced a new challenge by joining the API department in Digital Solutions as a Scrum Master, and more recently, I had the exciting opportunity to take on a managerial role, leading one of our teams.

Leadership has always been at the heart of what I do—I love bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where teams can thrive. At DHL, I have the privilege of working with an incredibly talented group of API developers and DevOps engineers, all dedicated to shaping the future of digital connectivity.

Our digital landscape is constantly evolving, and our team plays a key role in shaping how developers interact with our APIs. My goal is to nurture an environment where innovation thrives, challenges are tackled efficiently, and we continuously improve the way we work.
