• Optimization the chat experience and chat flow
• Process and structure improvement

New Business Solution Exploration and Adoption

• Driving new Business Solution adoption

Quick Ship Account solutions, Digital Account Opening solution

• Digitalize and Simplify the Business process.
  E.g. Business Proposal Generation RPA
• Voice BOT Setup exploration

Web Scrapping

• Explore the potential target list DHL can further penetrate
• Scrap the directory from web into excel
• Dedupe vs database

Calling Project

• Call to customer and profile the business potential with DHL
• Influence customer open acc with DHL

Customer Experience Enhancement Project

• Understand from customer point of view and explore the solution to drive better Customer Experience
• Market Survey, Mystery Shippers activities, generate info into insightful report and recommend solutions.

• Bachelor's degree student
• Final year student
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
