Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Responsible for ensuring that account and service management tools, methodologies, governance

Business Partner

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Build strong working relationships with Product Managers (Regional and Global)
  • Build strong working relationships with outsourced vendor for support to ensure E2E account serviceability
  • Act as SL IT service liaison point for APAC IT and Global service management communities.
  • Act as IT service liaison point with regional SL IT & business leads plus members of the Global SL team.
  • Take responsibility for all communication in relation to SL IT account and service management.

Business Development

  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating IT contracts and agreements to protect DHL’s interest
  • Contribution to improving the business unit P&L through cost effective usage of IT services and solutions.

Regional / Global IT Team

  • Work collaboratively with Regional/Global IT peers in particular regional IT leads, IT solutions and IT product roles.
  • Create strong relationships with the regional / global community to ensure maximum leverage of resources / solutions to support local requirements.

Service Management

  • In collaboration with Product Managers, define and measure service performance via KPIs and service reviews.
  • Be the escalation point on APAC SL IT account and service management issues.
  • Maintain and report on service demand pipeline.
  • Take responsibility for setting and managing the APAC SL service management budgets.
  • Manage all IT audit activities (internal and external) for APAC SL IT

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account/Service management including ITIL or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years project delivery experience.
  • University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic sector
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
