?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Act as the first point of contact for any queries
• Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective communication
• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day operational needs
• Deal with inbound and outbound drivers ensuring processes are followed

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Flexibility in approach to working times
