To Provide assistant to general operational ocean freight functions. General correspondences with customer, suppliers, agents and other inter-department for ocean freight movements. To monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements. To prepare relevant documentation for customer

To coordinate routine customer reports and maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards. Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs. To monitor internal data & system compliance.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and coordinate import ocean freight movements
  • Prepare documentations for customer
  • Coordinate supplier invoices
  • Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
  • Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs
  • Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse and transporter for ocean freight movements.
  • Monitor internal data & system compliance
