Position_Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of dirt crews on-site
  • Direct equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor project progress and adjust resources to meet deadlines
  • Enforce safety standards and conduct job site inspections
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders
  • Communicate with project managers regarding site updates and resource needs
  • Mentor and train crew members to ensure high performance and skill development


Position Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • 5 years min proven experience as a Dirt Foreman or similar supervisory role in heavy civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, excavation, and site prep operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate crews in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Proficient in reading construction plans and managing equipment logistics
  • Commitment to job site safety and quality control practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
