Position Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development, oversight, and optimization of the organization’s digital marketing strategy. In this position, you will be the owner of the company’s online and social media strategy, collaborating with our marketing team and departments across the company to tell ASMG’s story in support of our continued organizational growth.


The following list is intended to be exemplary of the primary functions of the position, however it is not exhaustive of all day-to-day functions. The incumbent may perform any or all of the following in a given day, week or season:


  1. Brand Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership across the organization to identify, create, and maintain brand priorities and initiatives.
  2. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy that supports the company’s overall growth and priorities.
  3. Content Creation & Calendar Management: Coordinate with to maintain a digital marketing and social media calendar, create campaign content, maintain social media accounts, and administer email marketing campaigns.
  4. Website & Graphic Design: Manage content updates to the company website and marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements.
  5. Creative Development Coordination: Work with internal and external partners on the development of creative content (collateral, graphics, video, etc.) as needed.
  6. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Schedule Flexibility & Travel: Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evening or weekend work, with minimal travel (less than 10%) based on business needs.
  8. Other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or business communications role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media marketing, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Experience with additional marketing platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Constant Contact, or others preferred
  5. Proven experience building and leading multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  6. Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
  8. Must possess a valid driver’s license
  9. Required to pass a physical and drug screen as a condition of employment
