WHEDA is seeking a Portfolio Risk Officer to join our Risk and Compliance Department in our Madison facility for a two (2) year project.
Position Overview:
The Portfolio Risk Officer position is responsible for monitoring the risk component for a portion of WHEDA’s multifamily and economic development portfolio. This includes ensuring optional returns and minimal loss by measuring asset performance against budget targets, general market/competitor performance, and long?term plans
SALARY: Hiring Range for this position is from $71,670 to $88.735 Annually. Offered Salary will be based on qualifications and internal pay equity. WHEDA provides a competitive salary and WHEDA employees participate in the State of Wisconsin benefit package which includes retirement, health insurance and deferred compensation programs.

Remote Work Options:
This position has a work schedule that will initially be 100% in-office. After training is complete, it is at the discretion of the direct manager when the employee may begin a hybrid work schedule.
