OVERVIEW
The O&M Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of equipment and systems. This position involves monitoring performance, conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Must be a US Citizen.
The O&M Engineer will:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of equipment and systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
Implement and improve maintenance procedures and practices.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for SBG Technology Solutions, Inc, a DSS, Inc. will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Operations and/or Maintenance in manufacturing environments
Proven experience in operations and maintenance engineering.
Strong knowledge of equipment and system maintenance.
Demonstrates continuous efforts to maintain safety, improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must be flexible to work any shift assigned in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
