We're now looking for an OMS Coordinator to support the implementation and embedding of the Operations Management System (OMS) on site.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organisation that delivers
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardisation
  • Support the continuous improvement and lean methodologies
  • Oversee & Support the Site Control Room

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an operations management system.
  • At least 12 months of hands-on experience in operational environments such as retail stores, manufacturing, or warehousing.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer service experience is desirable, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
