Senior Demand Planning Manager - Military veterans preferred

We're now looking for a Senior Demand Planning Manager to plan the resource requirements for a large automated retail distribution operation, you will have full responsibility for an operational flow room team, an on-site systems function and a functional training team.

Do you have a proven track record in demand/capacity management? Have you worked in sectors such as retail or e-commerce? Are you a seasoned people leader? Then we would like to hear from you!

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To ensure that targets around productivity, utilisation and throughput are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring that volume requirements are thoroughly modelled to assess the wider implications on site capability
• Provide leadership to your team and assisting in their growth and development across all areas of flow room, systems and training.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven track record in demand/capacity management
• Previously worked in highly automated warehouses with flow room capability, understanding the time critical requirements (essential)
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (essential) Korber/JDA (desirable)
• Worked within a unionised environment (desirable)
