Responsibilities

COMMERCIAL CONTROLLING

  • BCA(Business Case Assessment) Support: Producing/reviewing BCAs and filling investment tool for new opportunities and contract renewals, Conducting buy-vs.-lease analyses
  • Project controlling / steering: Tracking project status, analyzing costs and setting targets; safe guarding project scope and budget, forecasting of project costs, support to Product and Pricing team
  • Investment Controlling (BCA): Dedicated to reviewing BCAs, governing and facilitating the PRB review, manage approval process and administration of eBCA.
  • Decision Making and Compliance: Support and oversee compliance with Contract Life Cycle, O2D and other related processes. Collaboration with all SMEs and Functions within whole organization levels. Responsible for Financial and Commercial review
  • Involve in project / program management, change management process and identify and implement process improvements within region/cluster/countries

 

ADHOC/Others

  • Involvement of ad-hoc initiatives / special projects g automation, cost savings initiatives
  • Support and prepare Country/Cluster/Regional reporting and analysis (e.g SMT Meeting reports, Cluster and Regional BRM)
  • Provide support to Finance Senior FP&A and Controlling Manager to formulate strategic business decisions and development plans to improve team productivity, effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting of Finance course, preferred Accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA) and with minimum of 3-year solid experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis and/or O2D related function
  • Strong background in Financial Consolidation, Financial Forecasting & Planning Management
  • Excellent in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, knowledge in other MS Application (e.g PowerBI) is a plus
  • Ability to work under time pressure, short deadlines, high quality standards and various tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and navigate through ambiguous and dynamic business environments
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to connect the dots, understand interdependencies between data, processes, and business decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Preferably with background in Supply Chain business, in a 3PL working environment
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and ability to effectively collaborate across departments and functions.
