Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Task Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Responsibilities Include:
Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience, a Master's degree and 2-6 years of experience, or no degree with 9+ years of experience
Experience in the following is required:
Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
Clearance Required up front: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph (this is firm)
