Position Description

Dawson Construction, LLC is hiring for the following field positions for work in Northwest Washington.

Applicants should be willing to work in a “Safety First” work environment as safety is our top priority.

Position Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  1. Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work, or ability to follow instructions and learn.
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Manual dexterity
  4. Math skills; basic math is used everyday
  5. Problem-solving skills
  6. Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
  7. Ability to work independently, complete daily activities according to work schedule, and meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
  8. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs., walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
  9. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, as well as understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
  10. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
  11. Ability to arrive on time to work every day
  12. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
