Are you a dynamic operations leader with a passion for driving results, building high-performing teams, and leading with purpose? Spartronics is seeking a Site General Manager to take the helm of our Williamsport, PA facility—a critical hub serving top-tier Aerospace & Defense customers.


This role isn't just about running a facility—it's about owning the entire P&L, empowering a cross-functional team, and shaping the future of a growing electronics manufacturing site. With 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, two shifts, and 260 skilled employees, you'll lead a site with massive potential—and the backing of a strong, values-driven organization.

What You'll Own & Drive

  • Total Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Program Management.
  • P&L Accountability: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the face of the site for key Aerospace & Defense customers—ensuring their expectations are exceeded through strong execution and communication.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to streamline processes, improve KPIs, and elevate performance.
  • Strategic Execution: Align day-to-day execution with broader corporate goals and customer commitments.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure world-class quality and regulatory compliance (AS9100, ITAR, ISO, etc.).
  • Team Development: Attract, retain, and grow a strong leadership bench with a performance- and values-based culture.

Cross-Site Leadership: Collaborate with other Site GMs and functional teams to drive best practices across Spartronics

Requirements:

What You Bring-

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing—preferably in an EMS environment.
  • Proven success in managing full site P&L responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Gemba, and visual management.
  • Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required (due to potential future Secret Security Clearance).
