Position Overview:

Responsible for delivering materials, tools, and equipment to job sites. This role also supports warehouse operations, including inventory management, organization, and general upkeep of work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, storage yard, and work areas.
  2. Gather and prepare equipment and supply orders for construction sites as well as disassemble and inventory equipment returning from work sites.
  3. Deliver equipment and supplies to job sites.
  4. Rig, install cribbing and safely secure heavy/ irregular loads.
  5. Service and maintain trucks.
  6. Clean-up job sites when jobs have ended.
  7. Maintain regular and punctual attendance as an essential job function.


Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Provide backup coverage for other drivers as needed.
  2. Assist with cleaning the warehouse, office, and outdoor yard areas.
  3. Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and answering phones.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with tools, logistics, and warehouse functions.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
  • Capable of shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills (per DOT standards: Reasoning Level 3; Math Level 2; Language Level 2).

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of truck driving experience preferred.


Required Licensing and Other Certifications:

  • Valid Class B CDL license.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
