Job Summary:
BRG is seeking a full-time Billing & Collections Administrator for its Corporate Billing & Collections Department. The role will be responsible for administrative support and ad hoc projects related to the Billing & Collections functions.

The Billing & Collections Admin reports directly to the Collections Manager and is responsible for providing outstanding service to the Firm’s personnel, clients, and subcontractors. Qualified candidates must be naturally inquisitive, exceedingly flexible, highly committed to high-quality and accurate work product, highly committed to exceptional customer service, teamwork, and support of Firm and department goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Completion of client vendor forms.
  • Completion of ACH forms.
  • Processing of client refunds.
  • Assisting with annual rate implementation.
  • Management of invoice formats; including development and implementation.
  • Assisting with process improvement projects.
  • Documentation of various departmental processes.
  • Assisting with time corrections and matter closures.
  • Ad hoc projects and requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience; professional services or legal finance experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven direct billing and administrative experience.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in 10 key, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and competing requirements, often under strict deadlines.
  • Actively participate in a team environment.
  • Commitment to high quality customer service (internal and external).
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.
  • Self-motivated and independent, shows initiative and drive to achieve goals autonomously.
  • Workday or similar enterprise software experience preferred.

Salary Range: $24-$33 per hour

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
