Responsibilities

• Provisioning of WMS and other IT Product Solutions specifically meet the requirement of the customer based on the agreed scope and timeline.
• Maintain high level of expertise and proficiency in all DHL Supply Chain IT Products specially WMS.
• Successful configuration and delivery of WMS and other Product Solutions for new business initiatives based on the agreed scope and timelines.
• Responsible for support of assigned IT product projects making sure that operating based on KPI set by the clients.
• Assist product development and customization if required to meet client requirements.
• Assist in Product presentations to internal users and clients in coordination with the BD/SD group.
• Maintain high level of expertise and proficiency in product knowledge.
• Assist in organizing updated information and product materials.
• Provide inputs in ensuring that Project Solutions design for each project not only meet the client business requirements but also improve operational efficiency.
• Product Delivery for new business initiatives making sure that WMS or other Product Solutions deliveries based on the agreed scope, and timeline which based on the Project Solution Design.
• Create strong relationships project team to ensure maximum leverage of resources / solutions to support local project implementations.
• Manage vendors involve in the project that has interface and collaboration with the DHL Product or Vendor Products that is part of the whole client solutions.
• Provide Product Solution support related documentations such as Work Instructions, Product SOPs, Testing Documents and other related project documents.
• Conduct Training and User Acceptance
• Testing (UAT) for new project implementations.
• Assist in the proper turnover of Product Solution to Operational Users
• Provides on time 2nd Level support for any concern, issues, and inquiries for current Product solutions implementation. Coordinate with Regional

Requirements

• Graduate of a 4 year course of Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Application Development (AD), or related courses.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills is a must
• Can handle multiple tasks
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Alteast 2 years of working experience in the filed of IT, systems development
• Can easily adapt to changes and eager to learn new things
