Fleet Administrator - Military veterans preferred

Position: Fleet Administrator x2
Location: Peterborough (PE2)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing our fleet operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. ?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Pro-actively manage a fleet of vehicles that will be allocated to employees who require the use of a vehicle when their vehicle is undergoing maintenance or repairs
• Tracking the progress of vehicles being delivered to the UK
• Communicating the 3rd party suppliers to ensure vehicles are collected from the Peterborough site
• Order and Register vehicles for brand
• Management of P/O ensuring appropriate cover and approval as well as payment of subsequent invoices
• Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Fleet management or experience would be desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
• Strong Customer Service experience is essential
• Strong Administration skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to communicate with 3rd party suppliers and services
• Strong excel skills
• Able to prioritise workloads
