Description
Leidos’ Civil Group Mission Assurance team currently has an opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector in the Webster, Texas office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Cargo Mission Contract (CMC). From hardware and experiments to toothpaste and food, the International Space Station (ISS) crew requires a steady stream of supplies via NASA’s Cargo Mission Contract. Leidos plans, processes, and packs critical cargo to keep the orbiting outpost fully stocked.
As a QA Inspector, you will apply quality evaluation methods and protocols for processing/fabricating finished products. The role requires collaboration with project engineering to ensure quality standards are in place and met; including implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and hardware equipment deliverables.
The position entails inspection of design and analysis of testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducting quality assurance tests; and performing statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for non-conforming products and materials which do not meet standards/specifications.

We're the tech company everyone calls when things get weird. We don’t wear capes (they’re a safety hazard), but we do solve high-stakes problems with code, caffeine, and a healthy disregard for “how it’s always been done.”
